Gussin TPMS Relearn Procedure A0122
Sensor Relearn Procedure without a scan tool
OBDII dongle is required
Confirm TPMS sensors are properly installed
Adjust tire pressures to placard value
Hold TPMS Tester on left front tire sidewall next to the valve stem
Repeat for LR/RR/RF tires
Apply 0BD dongle to DLC
Turn ignition to ON
Press OK on TPMS Tester to transfer data to ECU
Disconnect 0BD dongle from DLC
Turn ignition to OFF then start the engine
Drive for at least5 minutes at 28 mph
Sensor Relearn Procedure with a scan tool
OBDII dongle is not required
Adjust tire pressures to placard value
Turn the ignition to ON/RUN with the engine off
Use the MENU button to select the vehicle information Menu in the DIC
Use the thumb wheel to scroll to the Tire Pressure Menu ltem screens
Press the SET/CLR button to begin the, sensor matching process
Press the SET/CLR button again to confirm
Horn will chirp twice and the TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE message displays on the DIC screen
Use TPMS Tester to activate LF sensor
Horn chirp 1x when sensor ID has been matched to theLF
Repeat for RF/RR/LR
Horn chirps x2 to indicate the sensor ID has been matched to the LR and the TPMS sensor
matching process is no longer active
The TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE message on the DIC display screengoes off
Turn ignition OFF
Tip:Lowering driver's side window may help to complete this process on larger vehicles
